It is beginning to feel a lot like Christmas! Advent rolls on this Sunday with a look at the Shepherds and the message they would bring in Luke 2:8-20. Heralding Christ. It's pretty crazy that Jesus uses misfits to make himself nonignorable. Join in! 10 am at Del Norte High.

First Thursday Prayer - Tomorrow at 7 pm! Shoot to Esco for prayer as we gather to petition for our church, community and each other. At the Detrich's home, 1937 Pizzaro Lane, Escondido. Everyone is welcome and this is the easiest thing we can do together to see the Kingdom of God break forth in our city.

Budget Vote - After service on Sunday we will have a brief meeting to answer questions and vote to affirm our 2018 budget. Not much is new but some pieces are audacious enough that we need Jesus to move - will you partner with us?!

Christian Children's Chorus - Take the opportunity to hear the sounds of Christmas from the Chorus and ensembles led by Nancy Shirley. Saturday at 4 PM at the Community Church in Poway and Sunday at 3:30 PM at Calvin Christian School in Escondido. Tickets are available at the door.

Special Needs Ministry - Outreach this Sunday at 2 PM. Let's bring some Jesus-centered Christmas cheer to the residents of Villa Bernardo! We hope you can join us this Sunday at 2 pm for an extended time of Christmas caroling and a presentation of the Christmas story.

Christmas at Reservoir - We are planning to have a regular morning service on December 24 at 10 AM. This will be a family service (kiddos will worship with adults) and aftward we will all share our favorite Christmas cookies! There will be no other services Christmas weekend.
