Remember GX: Those Who Hope

“I found them through TikTok!” chuckles local sister Netty. Searching for one of GX’s unengaged unreached people groups, Netty was stumped until she found them hashtagged. Netty didn’t feel comfortable driving there, but she unexpectedly made a new acquaintance at a friend’s sports game who would drive her there. As Netty walked into an unknown village, she ran into women who were going to a baby’s one-month party—from that very people group. “It’s amazing what G did so that I could find them,” she exclaims, praising the One who will never leave His own behind.

Behold, the eye of the Lord is on those who fear him, on those who hope in his steadfast love. Psalm 33:18

Praise Him for calling Netty to search for this group.

Praise Him that He will make a way for people from every tribe and tongue to know Him.

Pray that God sends workers to start a club among these people.

Pray that God leads Netty in serving Him and all peoples.

Winding down our study of Numbers we are at the institution of cities of refuge. A model for the church. Join us for worship and the word Sunday at 10 am. 2437 S Centre City PKWY in Escondido.

Contending Prayer | Fridays at 8 am beginning this week. For one hour we will gather to recount the promises of God from Scripture for his glory to fill the earth, for the lost to come to repentance, for renewal and revival to come and seek the Lord for those things to be fulfilled in our day. This is not a time of intercession for specific requests as seeking time in small groups is but specifically for renewal in our city. All are welcome.
